La Mariposa is a community spotlight — a welcoming open-mic show-and-tell for anyone ready to share what lights them up. Whether it’s music, movement, art, stories, talents, ideas, business ventures, or dreams you’ve never shared before, this is a safe, judgment-free space to step out of your comfort zone and be seen.

Over the course of the afternoon, guests can sign up to perform names will be drawn from a bowl for performances. guests & attendees will have the opportunity to share from the heart, witness others, and connect through guided prompts and breakout moments. The experience ends in a silent disco dance party with DJ KAI DIMOND of Boombox Hawai‘i, celebrating creativity, courage, and connection as the sun sets.

Limited to 100 guests and sliding-scale donation ticketing ensures an intimate, supportive environment. Come to share, witness, or simply be inspired — and leave feeling uplifted, connected, and empowered to express your truest most autentic self.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Bring your own chairs, blankets, sun protection, food, and non-alcoholic beverages. Come fully present to share your art, connect deeply, and dance as the sunsets.
