Chef Bre Presents: Second Supper

Second Supper is an intimate Oakland dinner experience rooted in New Orleans tradition and ancestral cooking.

This one-night gathering is shaped by the meals that raised me and the lessons learned in my grandparents’ kitchen—where cooking was care, patience, and love. The menu reflects memory and lineage, reimagined through my own voice as a chef.

Guests will enjoy a six-course seated dinner, thoughtfully paced and designed to be savored. Each course is guided by seasonality, soulful flavor, and intention.

The evening includes:

• A curated six-course dinner
• Two complimentary drinks
• A closing ceremonial shot of my grandfather’s cherry wine
• An intimate, chef-led dining experience with limited seating

Second Supper is not a pop-up or a tasting. It’s a shared table—meant for slowing down, being present, and honoring what is carried forward through food.
