Blackwood Hike & Dinner

Starting and finishing at the Blackwood Hotel, this walk takes us deep into the heart of the Wombat Forest, winding through tall forest, historic corners like Golden Point, and the beautifully kept Gardens of Saint Erth, with a possible side quest to the tunnel if time and legs allow.

It’s a longer walk, so come prepared for a solid day on the track, but there’s a very civilised incentive built in: a well-earned coffee stop at the Gardens of Saint Erth to refuel before the final stretch.

And because no good walk should end abruptly, we’ll wrap things up back where we started, with dinner at the pub for those keen to stick around and debrief over a meal.
