Tory and I are offering a beautiful combination of healing frequencies for our day together working with colour and sound.
A grounding and heart opening cacao ceremony by the studio open fire will prepare us to tap into and learn about the wisdom of this colour workshop. Cacao is jam packed full of nutrients and is a sacred ancient and powerful plant medicine.
We will be working around the kitchen table to discover our Life Path Colour and how it relates to us in our every day life, meditating and connecting with our colour and feeling the strength and confidence it encourages and ignites within us.
We are all born with a Colour profile, like a blueprint of who we are and our full potential and this can help us to understand our core behaviours, strengths and weaknesses and provides aha moments when we realise why we do that thing or see the world in a particular way.
Knowing our Life Path Colour is super empowering because it helps us to get to know ourselves more deeply and we can then make decisions that are in line with what is best for us. We can own who we are and feel more aligned - BE the colour we were meant to be. Why try to be Orange if you were born to be Green!
We will be sharing our insights and learning from each other..... often light bulb moments and understandings come about for ourselves and also relating to family members and friends.
After lunch we will rest down in the studio and receive the magical sounds of the gongs. An hour of deeply relaxing frequencies to soothe and re-align. Studio Fields gongs offer a very special gong journey where you are safely held.
