🌙✨ Midweek Renewal in Sound 🌿
Take a pause in the middle of your week — breathe, release, and let the sound carry you into stillness. Each session is an open invitation to rest and realign, held by the trees and tones in our peaceful corner of the park.
The next Soundbath in the Park is happening:
🗓 Wednesday, September 3 at 6:30 PM
📍 Wesselman’s Park – Evansville, IN
We’ll gather in our usual spot — fully shaded the entire time, creating a calm and cool refuge. 🌳
🚗 Please park in the lot across from the Nature Center, not at the center itself (unless the other lot is full).
Bring whatever helps you feel supported — mat, blanket, pillow, or journal. Let the sound hold you while the forest keeps the container. 🔔
✨ Children are welcome if they’re comfortable sitting quietly or resting during the session.
⏱ Arriving late or leaving early is fine — just slip in or out quietly along the side or back.
🦟 Bug spray may help; I’ll also have citronella candles for comfort.
💛 This offering is by donation — come as you are, give what you can.
