Sound Bath for Calm & Renewal
Join Dr. Judith Canlas, MD (Deaconess Chancellor Center for Oncology) and Mark Goltiao, Owner of Yoga 101, for a rejuvenating Sound Bath experience at Yoga 101 Studio.
A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing session where sound waves from instruments like crystal bowls and gongs gently wash over you—helping to calm the mind, release tension, and restore balance. No experience is needed—just bring yourself and an open mind.
