Introductory Self-Defense Class

I’m very excited to announce that I have partnered with the MAC Fitness Center & Golf Range and I will be putting on an Introductory Self-Defense class on Thursday December 11th from 5:30pm-6:30pm at their facility located at 6000 Indian Mound Rd. in Mount Vernon Indiana. This will be a basic level class that is open to anyone 15 years old and up. No experience is necessary to participate in this class. The QR code will send you to the sign up page.
