Write and Burn Sound Bath

We are so excited to one last sound bath at our favorite location before the weather turns. Join us Sunday Sept 7th at 6pm at The Bear River Fire Circle!!! We will begin with a powerful opportunity to mentally and emotionally prepare for the upcoming season by releasing the weight of unwanted thoughts and emotions through a write and burn activity. That will be followed by a rejuvenating sound bath. Cost is $25 we provide paper, clipboards and writing instruments.

Park at the Debbie Smith Bridge across from Hamblin Park. After you go over the bridge turn left and follow the chalk music notes to the fire circle!

As always we encourage you to bring blankets pillows and anything else you may need to be more comfortable! We can't wait to see you there!
