Vision Board Workshop for 2026 - Beaming Through the Chakras!

You’ll learn about the energies of each chakra (energy centers) and the roles that they play in your life and projection. We’ll practice a Kundalini yoga set and meditation for abundance and create an art collage to project strength in each of the 8 chakras and areas of life:
