We are in the middle of Eclipse Season, where we can harness the astrological weather to our most significant advantage! Solar Eclipses occur on a new moon and are three times more potent than a normal new moon. They blast open a door to us as we embrace new opportunities, projects, plans, and horizons.
Join us for a journey of sound, movement, and manifesting our deepest desires. Our time together will begin with gentle breathwork, transitioning into movement, followed by guided visualization with the gong and other vibratory instruments. There will be time for journaling and planting the seeds for our supercharged manifestations! Please bring your journal and anything you love to feel extra cozy during the sound journey.
