Evening Elixir Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra

Rather than go out on the town, why not wind down from your week and go inwards towards peace and quiet?

This monthly workshop provides an oasis of cozy calm, featuring gentle and nourishing movement, restorative yoga poses, and yoga nidra in the twilight hours.

Taken together, these practices facilitate a depth of relaxation that is rare in this frantic age... and then you get to go home and sleep! What could be better?
