Join me for a Community Care Day offering shorter, accessible sessions created to provide focused support, relief, and space to reset.
Each 30-minute private session is intuitively led and personalized to meet you where you are that day. Sessions may include therapeutic bodywork, craniosacral support, and intuitive energy work.
