DATE: Monday – Friday Weeks of 06/09 AND 07/07

TIME: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm LATE Pickup Available until 4:00 pm with a small add-on fee

WHERE: Built By Martial Arts 4490 Washington Rd. Suite 11. Evans GA

ATTIRE & Items to Bring:

1. Athletic Attire for Active Summer Camp

2. Closed Toe Shoes (in case we do some activities out back)

3. Light Jacket if too cold at times

4. Change of clothes in case of bathroom/food accidents

5. Packed Lunch

6. Snacks &/or Drinks for 3x Daily Snack Breaks

7. Cash for drinks; there is a Water Fountain to refill water bottles

8. DO NOT BRING – Expensive Electronics etc. BBMA is not responsible for lost/stolen property.

Weekly Rates:

1st Child – $137

2nd Sibling – $97

3rd+Siblings – $67 Total not per person!

Late Pickup Between 3:00 to 4:00 pm

Full Week – $40 Per Child

Per Individual Day – $10 Per Child

Per Day / Per Child Rate:

1st Child – $35

2nd+ Siblings – $25 Each
