A fun, supportive outdoor AcroYoga workshop for all levels.

This session is open to complete beginners and experienced movers alike. You’ll be guided step by step in a relaxed outdoor setting where safety, curiosity, and enjoyment come first.

No experience or partner needed - we rotate as a group and everyone participates.

What to expect
• Gentle warm-up and preparation
• Learn and explore 3–6 AcroYoga poses (and simple flows)
• Leave feeling energised, connected, and proud of what you tried
