• Creating, feeding, and maintaining a sourdough starter

Class 2:
• Preparing your starter for baking
• Mixing dough and stretch-and-fold techniques
• Dough development and fermentation basics

Class 3:
• Shaping and proofing dough
• Scoring and baking expectations
• Troubleshooting and baking confidently at home

No experience required. Each class builds on the previous one, guiding you through the complete sourdough process from start to finish.
