Make Your Own Papel Picado Banner

Humboldt County Library is joined by Centro del Pueblo for a fun and colorful craft night where you’ll learn to create papel picado, the traditional Mexican art of paper punching. This is a hands-on activity that lets you design your own vibrant decorations to celebrate culture, creativity, and community. This event is free and all supplies are provided.
