Lessons for Living webinar series - Honey & Health: Nature's Sweet Treat

Honey is nature's perfect gift, produced from the nectar of flowers. There are 320 varieties of honey, which vary in color, odor, and flavor depending on local flowers. The popularity of honey has continued to grow over the past decade due in part to its nutritional and therapeutic uses. We will discuss the basics of honey and its nutritional and therapeutic uses and share delicious recipes to try at home. ​REGISTRATION REQUIRED!
