Grief & the Holidays

The holidays can be especially difficult after the loss of a loved one. Join us for a supportive workshop offering conversation, practical tools, and space to remember together.

Participants are invited to bring a dish that reminds them of their loved one — a favorite food, family recipe, or something tied to a special memory. This activity is optional.
