Holotropic breathwork® is a powerful and unique method to experience such non ordinary states of consciousness in a safe setting. Saturday: Practice Holotropic Breathwork 9:30am – 7pm Sunday: Sharing and integration, 9:30am- 1pm

This is not a residential workshop but if you come from abroad we are happy to help you to find accommodation.
The number of participants is limited to 12 persons. The workshop will be held in English, with German translation. (or in german)
