गौरा पर्व विशेष गरी सुदूर पश्चिम नेपालमा मनाइने एक प्रमुख धार्मिक र सांस्कृतिक चाड हो। यस पर्वमा गौरा (पार्वती) र भगवान शिवको विवाहको सम्झनामा श्रद्धा, भक्ति र पारिवारिक सुख-शान्तिको कामना गरिन्छ।
यस दिन महिलाहरू व्रत बस्छन्, पवित्र धागो (दूबो वा कपास) लगाउँछन्, र बिरुडा पंचमीको पूजा गर्छन्। पाँच थरि अन्न भिजाएर पूजा गरिन्छ र देउडा गीत, नाच र भजनमार्फत चाड मनाइन्छ।
