Get hands-on defense skills plus pepper spray training.
Complete both and get free pepper spray!
What to expect:

• Basic self defense: awareness + simple physical techniques
• Pepper spray session: when & how to use it safely
• Classes open to students, staff, community

Bonus:
Register for R.A.D. women’s self defense (12-hour course) for groups 10–25.
