Join us for an exciting announcement and community conversation hosted by Archaeological Legacy Institute’s (ALI’s) very own Dr. Richard Pettigrew. Thanks to newly secured funding, ALI will launch a new research expedition to investigate the Taraia Object which is suspected to be the remains of Amelia Earhart’s long-lost aircraft in the lagoon of Nikumaroro Island.
This event will offer an inside look at the significance of this expedition, including what we know so far, the role of ALI in uncovering new evidence, information on our donors, and how this expedition could reshape and resolve one of history’s greatest mysteries.
More specific details will be released soon. Add this event to your calendars today to keep updated on specific event details. Follow us on our social media to keep updated on all things ALI:
