Friends — it’s that magical time of year where we light candles, eat too many latkes, and apparently… give our unloved hats a second chance at life. 😄
You’re invited to Pass the Latkes, Trade the Hats — a warm, musical, candlelit Shabbat Hanukkah gathering with food, friends, and a very spirited hat swap.
🕯️ What to Bring:
• A dish to share — traditional, creative, or store-bought magic
• Your menorah + candles (let’s light up the whole house!)
• Drinks to share. will have a cooler with ice.
• Instruments — drums, guitars, ukes, shakers, voices
• A hat or 3 you’re ready to let go of (quirky, classy, weird… all welcome)
• And of course, friends — the more light, the merrier. Well behaved pets fine.
🎶 Expect: music, community, candlelight, outdoor fire, laughter, the great mystery of who will end up with whose hat, and at least one person burning a latke while mid-conversation (possibly me).
