Join us for a vibrant evening in the heart of downtown Eugene as we celebrate community, connection, and the power of affordable housing at Paella in the Pavilion! For over a decade, this beloved event has brought together friends, neighbors, and supporters to enjoy delicious food while supporting SquareOne’s mission to create permanently affordable, environmentally sustainable, and democratically governed communities.
At the heart of the celebration is the live cooking of paella, a traditional Spanish dish known for its bold flavors and communal spirit. A team of talented local chefs will prepare several variations of paella right on-site, allowing guests to experience the magic of the cooking process up close. Paella will be ready to serve at 5:00PM, and guests are welcome to walk up and grab a serving of their favorites once they're ready.
But this event is about more than just great food—Paella in the Pavilion has become a vital community gathering point and an exciting way to engage with SquareOne’s impactful work. Enjoy lively company, great eats, and meaningful opportunities to give back, including our Golden Ticket Raffle and an inspiring Paddle Raise that directly supports our efforts to provide stable housing for those who need it most.
