I'm hosting more Hadley's Kitchen pop-ups! I plan on doing two per month, and strongly recommend doing a pre-order on bread (hadleyskitchen.com). I am so blessed to sell out every time and people keep asking for more so I'm diving in head first this year.
All my items are made with all organic flour and my signature sourdough starter (excluding scones and GF items).
Menu:
- Sourdough Loaves (Plain, Roasted Garlic, Rosemary, Jalapeño Cheddar, Italian herb and cheese, Italiano Mixto)
- NEW Bagels (Plain, Everything, Jalapeño Cheddar, Sesame)
- Browned Butter Salted Choc. Chip Cookies (a Signature item)
- Lemon Blueberry Scones
- NEW White Chocolate Cherry Scones
- Jumbo Choc. Chip Pancake Muffins (delicious buttermilk muffins infused with warm maple syrup. Best served warm!)
- GF Jumbo Cinnamon Cake Muffins
I strongly suggest putting in pre-orders which will open on Monday 1/26 for bread and bagels! Everything else is available for purchase the day of the event! Of course extra bread is also baked for the event, but it allows me to gauge how much to bake.
I am a cottage bakery with a cat and dog in the residence and have a current Oregon Food Handlers Card.
