PART ONE: Hoop Flow Fundamental Workshop
🕐 1-4pm: Sliding Scale: $40-80 (includes parts 1,2,3,4)
Whether you're new to hoop flow or wanting to brush up, refine and expand your skills, there’s something for everyone in this three hour deep dive*. Hoops will be available to borrow or purchase. *Structured to accommodate folks who can only stay 2 hours (2:30-4:30)

PART TWO: Flow Jam Ecstatic Dance w/ Live DJ
🕓 4-7pm: Sliding Scale: $20-40 (includes parts 2,3,4)
Fernweh is creating an original ecstatic dance set for us to sink into! It’s gonna be dynamic and juicy! Bring your toys or play with ours! Connect with community in a creative, accepting, playful container. B.Rae will be displaying her hand-made hoops, if you’d like to take home a play portal to keep you flowing. Out back, the wood-fire hot tub will be hot and all are welcome to soak (clothing optional).

PART THREE: Flowpen Mic Night!
🕖 7-9pm: Sliding Scale: $10-20 (includes parts 3,4)
Cozy up in the squish zone and enjoy the unique experience of this IMPROV-ONLY open mic/stage! All forms of improvised art are welcome (must be family friendly). Share your spontaneous expression, be it dance, storytelling, music, flow arts, clowning, etc., and we will be your kind, loving witnesses. This part of the evening (all the parts, really), is only open to folks who agree to cocreate a generously accepting and supportive container, and respectfully focus on what is being shared.

PART FOUR: Fire Flow
🕘 9-Flowpm: Sliding Scale: $5-10- NOTALF (no one turned away for lack of funds)
A fiery finish to the night! Fire Flow Jam outside (BYO fuel), fire pit, free wood-fire hot tub. Inside will be open for folks to enjoy in whatever way flows, musical jam and flow jam, snuggle in the squish zone, story time?
In theme, the end time is flexible and flowy.
