This immersive experience begins with a somatic movement exercise which will rotate each month to bring new practices of body awareness to our attention. We will be working through breath-work or somatic grounding to prepare the nervous system, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath that supports emotional release, energetic alignment, and embodied rest.
Whether you're seeking stillness, clarity, or simply a space to tune inward, Embodied Echo offers a sacred pause in your month to reconnect with yourself through vibration, silence, and spaciousness.Through a blend of guided meditation and a rich soundscape of crystal bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and other healing instruments, you’ll be invited to soften, settle, and surrender into presence. Sessions are intuitively crafted to meet the moment — no two are ever quite the same.What to bring:
Please bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on, along with any cozy items (blankets, pillows, eye masks) to support deep rest. Journals are welcome if you’d like to capture reflections before or after the session.
Open to all bodies and backgrounds — no experience necessary. Just bring yourself and your breath.
