Join us at Whit Fitness/CrossFit Evviva Sunday, November 16th from 11:00am – 12:00pm for a Vinyasa Flow Yoga class.
We’ll breathe, balance, connect and even laugh a little — priming ourselves for our post-yoga social hour at the Ninkasi Brewing Tasting Room just around the corner. The class is great for all levels of yoga practice, even those who are new to it.
