Celtic Waltzes Workshop

Waltzing isn't just for the ballroom! Come and learn some fun waltzes danced at Irish Céilís, Scottish Ceilidhs, and dances from a few other Celtic Nations. Some can be danced with just a partner, but most are social dances that will have you meeting new folks as you travel through the dance. Don’t know how to waltz? No problem, we'll start with the basics and then go from there.

Elisa Chandler is the primary teacher for Céilí of the Valley and one of their main callers. She researches and teaches dances from other Celtic nations during Salem’s yearly Pan Celtic Céilí. We are delighted to have her come teach us some new waltzes!
