Body-based Breathwork Retreat

I'm really excited to be hosting another mini-retreat at the beautiful, Cosmic Haus, in Eugene, Oregon, USA.

This 3-hour mini-retreat is an opportunity for you to come together in an intimate group to experience a gentle, yet powerful breathwork practice.

This style of breathwork (pranayama) pulls from the modalities of Holotropic, Biodynamic, and Rebirthing Breathwork practices. It invites the nervous system to soften and the breath to guide you inward. Through rhythmic breathing, we create space to listen...to allow truth, clarity, and wisdom to rise from within.

We will begin with introductions, intentions, and wisdom sharing, which will be followed by a 60 minute Breathwork practice, and closed with plenty of time for journaling, integration, and optional sharing.
