AR is a set of Principles and Practices designed to cultivate trustable, empowering and nourishing connections and relationships with everyone in your life. At its core, AR is making the implicit explicit, the hidden revealed, and the unconscious conscious. AR also is an embodied practice. Once you practice the tools of AR long enough, it becomes your natural way of being that will lead to more enriching and nourishing relationships.

We cover the basics of AR, play games and circle every session!
