About the event

A&S Culinary Series: Hot Water Pastry

Come and learn the secrets of this simple and effective pastry crust, suitable for hand pies as well as larger dishes. We will be making multiple small batches and the filling for sweet and savory pies. Participants will make their own pies to eat or take home, and also help with making pies for the Amergin's feast. Bring an apron and a rolling pin if you can; extras will be there for you if you can't.
