Join Leighanna Gardner and Nickolas Ciaverelli for a transformative 7-week tour through the chakra system beginning at the Root and rising all the way to the Crown. Each week, we will focus on one chakra, aligning and energizing it through dedicated practices for body, mind, and spirit.
When our energy centers are in balance, we experience more flow, ease, and harmony in our daily lives.

Weekly take home guide with reflections, practices, and tools to support the chakra of the week. This journey is designed to help you release stagnant energy, deepen your self-awareness, and cultivate a life rooted in balance and vitality.
