Sahaja Yoga Meditation is for all those who wish to find their true self, which is full of peace, joy and love for others.

This technique was developed by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi. It involves the awakening of a subtle energy known as Kundalini that lies dormant in the sacrum at the base of the spine. The gentle awakening of the Kundalini energy and the inner journey of self-discovery is known as Self realisation.

During the course we will experience this process which helps us to enter a true meditative state of inner silence. We will learn to quiet our thoughts by nurturing the qualities of the energy centres within us.
