Flow State is an immersive, multi-sensory experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, release stuck energy, and return to your natural state of expression and liberation.
Co-facilitated by Amber O'Brien from Yin Alchemy and Chelsea Holden, this space invites all bodies, all genders, and all levels of experience to move freely, feel deeply, and come home to themselves.
This is not a dance class. There are no steps to follow, no expectations to meet. Instead, you’ll be guided into a deep state of presence through somatic movement, intentional breath, and vocal alchemy. Creating a container for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and authentic, unapologetic self-expression.
What to Expect:
-Male and Female inclusive
-A smoke, alcohol, substance and judgement free space
-Grounding & somatic practices to regulate and open the body
-Vocal activations and sound transmissions for emotional release
-Ecstatic movement to a curated soundscape
-Opportunities to connect with self and others in an authentic way

A small towel or yoga mat (optional for grounding)
An open heart and a willingness to express freely
Please arrive for an energetic cleanse at 5.45pm, followed by a prompt 6pm start.
Amber O'Brien has over 20 years of dance experience and nearly a decade of guiding movement spaces, Amber weaves the wisdom of Chinese Medicine, the I Ching, and feminine alchemy into everything she offers. Her facilitation blends intuitive dance, Neigong, breath-led embodiment, and ritual to create spaces where women can soften, remember, and reconnect.

Chelsea Holden is a vocal alchemist, energy healer, and frequency-based guide who works with sound and embodiment to unlock stuck energy and activate deep soul remembrance. Through vocal tones, intuitive song, and energetic transmission, Chelsea helps others return to their authentic voice and liberate expression through the body.
