I am glad to inform everybody that Sifu Yap Boh Heong has accepted my invitation and gonna host a 2 day workshop on the first weekend of november in Hungary, in my hometown Tata.
The topic is to learn and deepening the 1-3 sets of the shaolin neigong system, Yan Shou Gong.
👉We gonna master the foundations, master to use our myofascia meridians, called strings. We learn how to develop our internal connections, our internal healing abilities and other skills for grounding, centering, rooting, and strengthening our internal structure.
We gonna test the movements and the applications.
