Mindfulness Book Club

We had so much fun at our first Mindfulness Book Club Meeting that we decided to do it again!! Our next meeting will be on March 8th from 3-4:30pm. We will continue with the same book, The Miracle of Mindfulness by Thich Nhat Hanh. Please feel free to invite your friends - anyone is welcome whether you read the book or not.
