Whispers of Autumn - A Gong Immersion Experience

Summer is over and the beautiful fall has arrived! Add some color to your week by joining Kim and Bob Muncil for a grounding and relaxing experience that includes, mindful movement with breath, a couple sing-a-long chants, and a relaxing gong immersion. This workshop is open to everyone and no yoga experience is needed; as this is not a yoga class. The gong immersion, also referred to as a gong bath, entails lying on a yoga mat and letting the waves of the gong wash over you. The vibrations of the gong can create sensations of deep relaxation, emotional release, and inner peace. Bring a blanket or pillow for a very cozy experience.

Kim and Bob teach yoga and wellness workshops for Island Arts in North Hero,VT during the summer months. At other times of the year they offer yoga, meditation, gong immersions, and stress reduction classes at studios, rehab centers, and colleges in the Albany NY area and in Sanibel, FL.
