KAUAN premieres its new album, Wayhome, at the Espoo Cultural Centre on Friday, November 14th, 2025.

KAUAN's Wayhome, released November 7th, 2025, offers cinematic atmospheres and beautiful ambience. The ambitious composition lasts 50 minutes and can be enjoyed as a single work or one song at a time. The album's theme is a journey — be it an actual adventure through space and time or a psychological passage through hard choices, loss, or ascension. During the album, the individual leaves their old skin, fights doubts, finds new routes, and finally reaches home, meaning inner peace, balance, and even death and/or rebirth.
"We will play the entire Wayhome album from start to finish at the gig. We will also play one more song. Since it is a seated concert, there will naturally be an intermission after playing Wayhome. Overall, it will be around 100 minutes of music," – reveals the soul of the band, Anton Belov.
In honor of the special occasion and the seated audience, the band will also play from a seated position. As a counterpoint to the atmospheric, mökki-style lighting, a living image created by Mircea Purdea will be projected onto the wall, communicating with the music. Mitja Harvilahti of Moonsorrow will join the band on stage at the Espoo gig as a lead guitarist and will continue to be part of KAUAN's live lineup.
The single 'leave / let go' from the Wayhome album has already been released. Two more samples from the album are planned before the full-length is released.
