This is a moment of reflecting on the balance between light and dark, and to see them as a beautiful reminder that both are needed, both are sacred.
Join us for a gentle mini-retreat where we celebrate this special moment of the year together. You are welcome just as you are.
What can you expect?
✨ Opening circle: let set intentions, as we arrive together to this gathering. let's bring light that we wish ourselves and others to carry into the darker season.
🌾Moving meditation: You will be guided with simple and gentle movements, to share your light with everything and everyone, as we move all in sync, from our own individualism.
🌌 Sound Journey: a moment to go into relaxation, and connect within, self-exploring this season for yourself.
🦋 Creative painting: express your inner experience with colors, accompanied by tea and small treats. all that you need for this moment is your openness.
✨ Closing circle: sharing (if you wish), and exchanging of light messages shared in the beginning.
This gathering is about slowing down, and reconnecting with your inner light, a celebration of the start of the new season 🍂
