Dual awareness is the ability to hold two different streams of awareness at the same time. During the retreat you will practice being in your embodied expression, while at the same time being transparent to others with what is happening in your experience.
My teacher, Buster Rådvik, calls this practice “The Love Making Ritual”. Love in this context is not seen in its narrow romantic sense, but as a way of finding and flowing in the current of love that can exist between any two people. It is being in attuned flow with oneself and another which can be sometimes close, sometimes distant, sometimes playful, nurturing, serious or sensual. Always depending on what is alive in the present context.
Leaving pre-thought ideas behind of what the interaction should be like and meeting what is truly present in the relational dynamic. As we make our internal experience more visible, we simultaneously build love and acceptance towards different parts of our experience and let go of unnecessary shame.
As trust and communication deepen, the practice may open into explorations involving touch. This will happen simultaneously with teaching of consent and boundaries.

- There will be assistance in the space that can offer emotional support if needed.
- Wear comfortable cloths that allow movement.
- You may step out of any exercise at any time — participation is always optional.
- Some of the exercises include optional physical contact.
- Body-centered consent and boundaries are taught and encouraged.
- The event is suitable for singles, couples and those in alternate relationships.
- You may participate to the retreat alone, with a friend or partner. If you participate to the retreat with someone, you’re welcome to partner together for some or all of the exercises.

Accomodation happens in shared rooms. Take your own sheets with you. If you have wishes regarding your room mate pease share them before the event.

Food will be shared three times a day. All food in the retreat is vegan. During other times there will be fruits and nuts served. If you feel sensitive towards the feeling of hunger and blood sugar levels, you are welcome to take some extra snacks with you. Please let me know beforehand of any dietary requirements before the event.

All of the participants are encouraged to do at least one one hour voluntary shift during the retreat. The voluntary shift is used for supporting the kitchen during the retreat. The voluntary shifts help us to keep the prices low and increase the sense of belonging and connection. Nevertheless, if the thought of doing a voluntary shift feels too heavy it is possible to not take a voluntary shift.

My journet towards conscious living began over 10 years ago when I studied to become a yoga teacher in India. Since then I have explored ways of living that cultivate wellbeing and life force. This path has brought me into qigong, tantra, burner-community, hospice care, body work and contact improvisation.
Some years ago I decided to leave behind my former career as a data scientist and focus my energy in creating a culture that truly inspires me. To improve my skills as a facilitator I participated into the The Field Facilitator Training in 2024.
