Time: 14.00-17.00 hrs. (3 hours Workshop) + 30 min. Practice (Optional)

- Sensual Foundations & Connecting points
- Learn How to connect with your dance partner in different dance positions
- Exercises to improve your Leading/Following

Part 2: Body Movement
- Learn Advanced Body Movement & how to combine them
- Learn Advanced Technique & Styling
- Learn New Sensual Moves & Social combinations

Part 3: Head Rolls
- Head rolls transitions
- Head rolls Turning & Spinning Technique
- Learn New Moves & Social Combinations

Part 4: Practice +30 min. (Optional)
- Tips for social dancing & practice

- Dancing heels please use silicone protector
- Payment before classes starts at the reception
- Please leave big bags at the dressing rooms
