Sound Bath & Meditation

This session begins with a heart coherence and intention setting meditation. �From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative Sound Bath, where therapeutic frequencies & sounds are intuitively woven to rebalance your nervous system, clear energetic blockages, and nourish every layer of your being.
Come as you are. Leave reconnected, replenished, and renewed.

No experience needed.

At the Cannery Arts Center (Music Room)

-$26* junior 11-17yr. Under 15 must be accompanied by an adult and must be able to sit/lay quietly for the session.
