The Great Garlic Revival at Sostenga

The Great Garlic Revival is workshop series and community event at 1027 Railroad Ave In Espanola NM. This workshop series is intended to provide participants with hands on learning about how to plant, cook, preserve and eat Garlic while engaging in other meaningful community healing activities. This event will revive the Sostenga Centers Annual Garlic Harvest Festival and Farm Truck and Tractor Show. This event is brought to you in collaboration with NNMC, the Greenroots Institute, Muy Chingón Creations, Seeds In Common and the Rodale Institute. Youth programs and Food provided. I
