Free Perinatal Yoga Class

TWU's Reproductive Justice Program is excited to offer FREE perinatal yoga classes for parents and caregivers in the area every Wednesday morning on our Española campus.

No need to register, just drop in and join us in cultivating connection, presence, and well-being.

👕 Wear comfy clothing
🧘🏽 Bring a yoga mat (or borrow one from us)
🍵 Tea will be provided

These sessions are open to people at any stage of the perinatal period, from pregnancy to postpartum. Parents with babies aged 0–5 are welcome. Our classes are beginner-friendly, accessible to all experience levels, and taught in an inclusive language environment with a supportive atmosphere.

The instructor is trained in multiple yoga modalities to meet the unique needs of this special stage in life. We honor and express deep gratitude for the roots of yoga as a timeless and transformative practice originating from India.
