Elevated Takeover @ Ely’s Peak: October Men’s Mental Health Reset

As the season comes to a close, join us for one last Men’s Mental Health Reset — a day built to move our bodies, clear our minds, and strengthen our community.

We’ll begin with a 4.1-mile intermediate hike up Ely’s Peak, where the trail, the views, and the fresh air will give us space to reset and recharge. After the hike, we’ll gather for a disc golf round — celebrating the season, our friendships, and the power of showing up for one another.

This isn’t just about hiking or throwing discs. It’s about creating space for reflection, connection, and growth as we wrap up a meaningful year together.

Come ready to elevate your senses, celebrate the journey, and carry this energy forward into the next season. This is a 21+ Event.
