As winter gently releases its hold, join us for our Spring Equinox Reset and Renew event. On Sunday March 22nd 2pm to 4:30pm we will embrace the changing season with energising breathwork and grounding movement to awaken and create space for renewal.
We align with the rythms of nature and set our intentions for the months ahead through conscous breath, intentional yoga and a deeply restorative sound bath.
