Cinballera Entertainment lives up to its name in this exciting show which blends the three art forms of Cinema, Ballet, and Opera into one seamless work.
Inspired by two great classic films, the star-studded Grand Hotel (1932) and its 1945 remake Weekend at the Waldorf, this original ballopera pays tribute to early 20th-century musical comedy and American operetta with its unique narrative blend of singing, dancing, and dialogue.
Featuring a stunning assortment of music — from the light theatre tunes of Kurt Weill to epic arias from grand verismo operas — all the singing and dancing will be performed live to piano accompaniment by a cast of six Cinballera favorites.
