Namysto Dance Group – Founded in 2023 at the Ukrainian School in San Diego (part of the House of Ukraine), Namysto – meaning “coral beads” – preserves and shares the richness of Ukrainian folk and modern dance traditions. Under the direction of Olga Gnip, the ensemble regularly performs at community events and supports Ukraine through its artistic work.
Likhtaryky Vocal Ensemble – “Little Beacons of Light” – A vibrant children’s group representing the Ukrainian School of San Diego and the House of Ukraine. Through heartfelt songs and lively performances, these young singers bring a message of hope, unity, and resilience while carrying forward Ukraine’s proud traditions.
Ukrainian Booth – Stop by to learn more about Namysto, Little Beacons of Light, the House of Ukraine, and Ukraine’s rich history and culture, with unique artifacts on display.
