This carefully curated experience features acclaimed Chef Coral Strong, bringing her passionate farm-focused culinary expertise to our fields. Working exclusively with hyper-local ingredients, Chef Strong crafts everything from scratch, transforming our farm-fresh harvest into extraordinary seasonal dishes that tell the story of our region.

Chef Coral Strong's journey from watching her commercial fisherman father bring home the day's catch to creating her renowned Garden Kitchen restaurant (2015-2022) reflects her deep commitment to hyper-local, responsible sourcing. Her cooking philosophy was shaped by early experiences in Costa Rican communal kitchens, where she learned that the freshest ingredients and joyful preparation create the most memorable meals. Today, she continues to push the boundaries of local cuisine through her Bespoke dinner club and special events, crafting menus that celebrate what San Diego farms are growing each day.
